Avoid over and under stocking, conduct spot checks, pack items on the shelves accordingly, dust all shelves including items on the shelves, report all losses and theft to immediate supervisor, report and remove damaged stock from the shelves, dispose damaged and expired stock in line with departmental norms and standards. Ensure that all receipts and issues are correctly posted. Update requisition /issues voucher number. Maintain O-9 file, compile RLS02 form for payment and compile reconciliation reports. Willingness to work under pressure. Compile monthly reconciliation reports. Perform other additional responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor
