I hope all is well with you my beautiful Partners. As a continuation of unbundling of the Travellers Club Package allow to move on and show you how travelling and taking avacation have been simplified through SHARING.Our slogan is:AS WE SHARE,SO SHALL WE PROSPER.
Yesterday I illustrated how saving as little as R5-00 /day can see you travelling to exotic places for your Birthday.
Allow me to you show a second illustration that will show you that u can be one of the people who will go overseas every year for a holiday, just by sharing the experience with other people. Here we go:
Illustration B
Lets say Themba introduces 5 members who are on Package B,meaning that they will pay a Once -Off Activation Fee of R1 000-00 and they will pay a monthly subsciption of R320-00.
This is how Themba will generate his points:
a) 1 000 points are earned from the Once-Off paid by the introduced members.
b) 100 points will be earned every month from monthly subscription of the introduced members which equals to 1200 points after 12 months.
c) Themba will earn 300 points from His Once off Activation Fee.
d) An additional 250 points will be earned every month from his personal subscription, which total to 3 000 points in twelve months time.
e) After twelve months Themba's account will be worth 5500 points which is calculated as follows: a+b+c+d=e
Trough this illustration its obvious that Themba can finance his own Brazil Wordl Cup Trip in 2014.
At Beacon of Hope we are flexible.U can utilize your account to go on holiday with your Loved one.You can also use your account to send someone to a holiday instead of you.The choice is yours,You would have earned those points.
Travelling has been simplified for your own benefit

Hallo to you lovely partners.Im sorry for taking so long to update the walls of this great group.Today I would like to update you on how you become a member of our Travelling Club.
Each member will have an account in his/her name. There are two packages availlable to members viz:
Package A: This is an entry program to the new travellers. These are the people who will enjoy their Birthdays over the week-end,at the chosen local venue, meaning that it will be within the province. The tour will start on a Friday afternoon and end on a Sunday Afternoon
The cost will be as follows: Once-off Activation Fee-R500-00.Monthly Subscription-R145-00

Package B: These members will enjoy the Birthdays over aweek-end at the chosen National or International Destination.
The Tour will start on Friday morning and end on Sunday Afternoon.
The cost is:Once-Off Activation Fee-R1000-00.Mo
nthly Subscription R320-00
How then does a member generate the points so as to increase the value of his/her account.
Every member who introduces a member on Package A will receive 100 points once and 10 points monthly.
If a member introduces a member on Package B will receive 200 points once and 20 points monthly.
Illustration A:Themba is a member on Package A.He pays his once-off activation fee of R500-00 and R145-00 monthly. At the end of 12 months Themba wuld have accumulated R1400-00 which qualifies him for his local destination.
Suppose Themba introduces 5 members all on Package A.If they all pay monthly he wuld generate 500 points that will be paid once and still generate 50 monthly points, which means Themba will have 600 additional points at the end of twelve months. In total Themba will have 600 plus 500 points (that were paid out of the activation fees of the members he introduced) that is equal to 1100 plus 1400 out of his subscription. That is a whooping 2500 points.
Wait for illustration B how a member can greatly influence his/her chances of visiting overseas without spending ba cent from his pocket.
Beacon of Hope is where dreams are made to be real.Always remember:As We Share,So Shall We prosper.

Greetings, to you all. This is very interesting, getting out of our normal do's to socialise, networking is what we need to be better people and fofirther empower ourselves. Everyone would agree that travelling not to mention abroad really needs thorough planning in terms of funds etc. With the cost of living these days, one has to plan before taking off even if its domestic. Having said that I second the idea and i believe if we dedicate ourselves in achieving this task, nothing is impossible.

Good Afternoon my fellow partners. Thanks and welcome to a new partner that has joined the group. To recap on our benefits,The travelling club that I mentioned is in full swing. It caters for people who have money who will just pay from their pockets and take a vacation whenever they feel like, but it mainly caters for those that dont have the liberty of taking expensive vacations and who are not able to travell very far. Those will start small, like going out for a week-end.The good thing is they will be presented with an opportunity to grow and take expensive vacation and go even abroad. For starters,we will have 4 days in a year where we will have week-end break-aways.The first one will be on the first week of February. The second one:1st week of May.Third one 1st week of August and the last one on the 1st week of November. The Birthdays will determine who goes when. For instance those born between the month of October and December will celebrate their Birthdays together at an appointed venue. Those born between January and march will celebrate on the 1st week of May.Those born between April and June will celebrate on 1st week of August and the last group of those born between July and September will celebrate on the 1st week of Nov.Next time I will tell u how and how much will be contributed.I will also explain what do we mean by saying people will be presented with an opportunity to grow.Dont forget:AS WE SHARE SO SHALL WE PROSPER.
LETS MEET AT THE TOP

Interview Tips

Advice on getting the Interview

Getting an interview for a position you have applied for is not as easy as it sounds. Below are a few basics to increase your chances of getting a call back from the company you would like to work for.

  • Keep your CV updated and concise. Mention the critical learning’s from each job and how long the position was held for.
  • Spelling and Grammar are important Use spell check, proof read your CV, get a second opinion. Make your first impression a lasting one and increase your chances of getting that interview
  • Resume formatting does not have to be stayed. You can keep your individuality and still make your CV look professional. The norm is to keep it chronological, informative without being too drawn out.
  • Do not embellish your CV. You can elaborate on your experiences but you must be able to substantiate your experiences and skills.
  • When sending your CV to apply for a position, personalize the company and contact name for each application you send through. The employer will not look kindly on generic blanket applications.
  • The reality is that you can be under or over qualified for a position. If you are under qualified do not feel offended if the company does not want to spend resources on training you, there will be another opportunity down the road. Be realistic about your skill set and target positions where there could be a potential match. Being overqualified also has it challenges. A company could be concerned with whether you will be satisfied with the position and stay for a long term. Be honest with yourself. Jumping around on your CV makes employers nervous.
  • Follow up. Make the call; companies could not be getting back to you because they have been sidetracked. There is nothing wrong following up and finding out additional information on the position.
  • Be patient, finding a job takes time in the current market. Do not get despondent.
  • Register your CV updated on job portals. Agency and companies use this resource to find candidates from the current talent pool.
  • Use a litmus test in the back of your mind when applying for a position, is this a position you could really see yourself in day in and day out? Be true to yourself

Good luck with your Interview, if you require any tips please do not hesitate to contact Talent Fusion.

Interview Mistakes to Avoid

Interviews are the most nerve-wracking part of the hiring process for most people, because no longer can you let your resume and cover letter do the talking, but you actually have to meet with the potential employer face-to-face. But you can learn from the mistakes of others to impress your interviewer and get that offer.

Here are mistakes to avoid during an interview:

Arriving late or too early – This will be the first impression you give the employer, so make sure you arrive to your interview on time. Look up the directions to the company the night before to determine the best route, how long the commute will take and when you need to leave in order to arrive on time, allowing some wiggle room in case there is traffic. Also avoid arriving more than 10 minutes early, so that your interviewer doesn't feel rushed to meet you.

Dressing inappropriately – Companies have different dress codes, but in general, plan to dress professionally and conservatively, unless you're interviewing for a fashion job. You can also do a little research to find out what is acceptable dress for your industry, or give the company a call to ask the receptionist what people wear in the office.

Answering your cell phone during the interview – This is one of the biggest mistakes you can make in an interview, and shows you have poor manners. Turn your cell phone off or to silent before your interview starts, or even better—before you walk in the door.

Asking what the company does – By the time you're interviewing with a company, you should not only know what the company does, but its products or services, competitors and other key information. Demonstrate your knowledge about the company and industry to show your enthusiasm, rather than "winging" it—which only showcases your lack of preparation.

Bad-mouthing anyone or being negative – Even if you had a terrible manager or you disagreed with the direction of the company, do not speak negatively about your previous employer or anyone else. Your interviewer won't want to hire someone who comes off as a complainer, and they might believe you'll talk badly about them down the line as well.

Asking about compensation/benefits – Wait for the interviewer to bring up the topics of pay and benefits. You want to prove that you're the best candidate for the job before you start talking pay, to show that you're genuinely interested in the position and company and not just the money.

Lying – Never lie in an interview about your past experience or qualifications. The employer will find out eventually that you don't know as much as you said you did, and chances are, won't hesitate to let you go and bring someone in who actually can do the job.

Not asking questions – An interview is a two-way street; you are interviewing the company as much as they are interviewing you. Ask good questions to determine whether this job or company is a good fit. And you don't have to wait until the end of the interview to speak up—if you have a question in line with the conversation, ask it then.

Being unable to articulate your achievements – As you prepare for your interview, think about how your past experience and achievements relate to the job you're interviewing for. You will need to demonstrate how you are the best person for the job.

By avoiding these mistakes, you'll increase the chances of being asked in for a second interview. Good luck!
