2011 Liberty Learnership Programme

Please note: Applications for the 2011 Learnership Programme are open from 24 August 2010 until 19 September 2010.

Liberty is a company operating in the financial services industry and we are committed to the overall growth of South Africa and specifically the industry in which we operate.

Learnerships are vocational education and training programmes. They combine theory with practice and culminate in a qualification that is registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF). The learner will spend time working under the guidance of a skilled employee or coach as well as spending time in a formal classroom environment learning theory. The learner who successfully completes a Learnership will have a qualification that signals occupational competence that is recognised throughout South Africa.
